Our Story
Starlit was founded by Managing Director Soumya Bhatt and Ashish Kulkarni, who holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Ms. Soumya is also a Director at SRV Schools, which operates two inclusive schools in Ahmedabad with a total of over 1,000 students. The school is 28 years old and began serving special needs children 25 years ago. This experience has given Ms. Soumya tremendous insight into the challenges faced by children with special needs and their families as they transition into adulthood without intensive early intervention.
Ms. Soumya's expertise in child development and special education, combined with Mr. Ashish's drive for technical advancement, allows Starlit to maintain a unique structure that incorporates corporate standards for daily operations while providing an empathetic approach to addressing children's concerns. faced by children with special needs and their families as they transition into adulthood without intensive early intervention.

Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of having over 250 psychologists and special educators. We are delighted that they are now making valuable contributions in various roles within the fields of psychology, special education, child development, and counseling.
To ensure our employees are aligned with our organizational goals, we provide one-on-one intensive training programs and guidance from our senior mentors at every stage of their journey with us.
We also recognize the importance of continuous learning and development. Therefore, we offer Saturday workshops and collaborative sessions to enhance our employees' skills throughout their tenure at Starlit.

Quality Management Team
Our Quality management team comprises Senior Psychologists with extensive experience working with children with special needs. Our Quality Associates began their careers as Shadow Teachers and Child Counselors, giving them a profound understanding of the challenges faced when working with children in both school and home settings. This experience allows them to guide our professionals effectively.
Our team takes responsibility for ensuring our professionals meet established quality standards. We achieve this by monitoring employee performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to maintain consistent quality and adhere to benchmarks. Our ultimate goal is to provide the best possible sessions for our clients.
