Our Philosophy

We understand the various difficulties children with special needs face in their daily lives. Their ways of perceiving the world are quite different & unique from others. Unless one understands their point of view, it is quite difficult to help them make developmental progress. This is where we can step in.

Our Story

We utilize scores of intervention strategies custom adapted to your child to nudge them towards the right direction. With you, we discuss realistic short term and long term goals for your child, and make intervention plans to achieve those goals. Once achieved, we set newer & tougher goals. In the best case scenario, our long term goal is to make your child independent. Your child will be able to follow daily routine, play, study at home or at school independently with minimal external help.

OUR STORY

Starlit was formed in 2017 by Soumya Bhatt, Managing Director, who has an MA in Psychology from University of Delhi & Ashish Kulkarni, who has an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Soumya was also the founder of KNACK Ability Enhancement Services LLP which operated in the same field in Mumbai from 2014 till 2017. She is also a Director at SRV Schools, which runs 2 inclusive schools in Ahmedabad with 1000+ total students. The school is 20 years old, and was made inclusive for special needs children 17 years ago. This experience has given her a tremendous insight into kids with special needs. Therefore she understands how difficult it could get for them and their family as they transition into adulthood if intensive training is not provided at a young age.

Ashish has vast experience with technology, finance & organizational behaviour and hence provides a boost to Starlit's vision of using latest technology to provide the best customer service and employee motivation.

Ashish oversees finance, technology, marketing & online presence & HR policy to ensure smooth functioning of the organization, happy clients & employees.
